Thank you for taking the time to review my website and learn more about my professional background and services.

I have lived in and enjoyed the Cleveland area for over 30 years. I earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Business from Cuyahoga Community College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Human Services from John Carroll University.

I have been licensed by the State of Ohio as a counselor since 2000 and have worked in the area of mental health for over 15 years. Currently, in addition to my part-time private practice, I am a behavioral health therapist at a Cleveland area community health center.

I believe everyone's life has a story. I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of individuals who often came to a juncture where they wanted to find a way to process, start, continue or change a chapter in their lives. Therapy can be powerful. I am continually amazed by the strength, ingenuity and courage of those who choose to make a better life for themselves. As a therapist, it is gratifying and a true honor to help facilitate their journey.
